Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Banacare Company Limited ("we", "us") for the PrettyMax apps. By using PrettyMax you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. You can delete your account any time in the app.

Subscriptions and purchases

• PrettyMax Premium is sold as auto-renewing weekly, monthly or yearly subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. Try-on packs are one-time purchases; try-ons you buy never expire.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies.
• Free trials and introductory prices (including referral discounts) apply once per person, even if you delete your account and sign up again; any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, photos of children, or content that is illegal, sexual, hateful or harmful. Do not misuse the service or try to break, copy, scrape or resell it.

AI results

Scores, analyses and try-on previews are generated by AI, may be imperfect, and are for cosmetic inspiration only. They are not medical, dermatological or professional advice. Check product ingredients yourself if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

Ask friends

When you share a poll link, anyone with the link can see the images in the poll and your first name until the poll expires. Share it only with people you want to see it.

Content

You keep ownership of photos you upload and grant us a limited licence to process and store them to provide the feature you asked for and keep your history, until you delete them or your account. The app, its looks, guides and design belong to us.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. We may suspend accounts that break them. You can stop using PrettyMax at any time.

On Apple devices, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
